The Similan Islands are one of the top dive sites in the world. They are in the National Geographics top 10 as ell as Jaques Cousteau so praise does not get any better. The similans are a chain of nine islands plus 2 more to the north (Koh Bon and Koh tachai) that make up the Similan Islands national park. These combines with the Surin islands and the world renowned Richelieu Rock make up one of the best if not the best location for scuba diving liveaboard anywhere in the world. 40 meter viz and 38 degrees plus the huge variety of maring life including the Wahle Shark, Manta Ray, Guitar Shark and recently a selection of different whales including Orca's. This is a dive location that dreams are made of.
